I bought a finished product. How will I get it?
You will receive an email from Practice Wingman, within a few minutes after purchase. In the email, you will see a ZIP file attachment.
You will be able to instantly download and extract the product from the ZIP file.

*Please note, finished products are only sold in the digital media section of our website. Videos and e-books are not considered "finished products".
I bought an e-book collection. What should I do next?

What size are your video products?
All of our video products, including - Whiteboard Video, 2D Video, 3D Video, and Live Action Video - come in 1920p x 1080p size. This is best know as "YouTube" size format.
We do not provide any video in vertical or square format.
What size are your e-books?
All of our e-books come in A4 vertical design.
A4 Vertical:
(8.3 in x 11.7 in) or (210 mm x 297 mm)
What size do your planners and notebooks come in?
All of our digital media notebooks come in A4 vertical design.

I didn't get my order. What should I do?
First, please check your Spam folder for an email from "filemonk" or "practice wingman" before contacting us. Sometimes the download email is directed to Spam due to filters.
If you have received the email, but are having issues extracting the ZIP file, please see the question titled "I bought a done for you or finished product. How will I get it?" for further instructions.
If you still cannot locate our email, please reach out to our customer service team using the chat option for quick help.
I bought a "special order" custom product. What do I do next?

"Done-For-You" & Custom Orders
I ordered a "done-for-you" product. What does that mean?
"done-for-you" orders are products that have your branding and identity without the heavy lifting.
These types of products are perfect as lead magnets, additional information for clients, or as tools to help your business run smoother.

Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with additional information.
We need to collect additional special order information to complete your order.
Your product is delivered via email within 7-10 business days after we collect your special order information.
I ordered a "done-for-you" product. What do I do next?
Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with additional information.
We need to collect additional special order information to complete your order.
We ask that you use the link contained in your download to provide the additional information as quickly as possible so that we can fulfill your order.
We are unable to complete your order without this necessary information.
I ordered a custom product. What do I do next?
Once payment is complete, you will receive an email with additional information.
We need to collect additional special order information to complete your order.

Returns
I bought a finished product. Can I return it?
Due to the nature of instant download items, Practice Wingman does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for finished products

What is your return policy on "done-for-you" products?
We aim to make our customers happy. We refund "done-for-you" products on the following scale:
100% refund if you have not submitted your customization form
50% refund if you have submitted the customization form, but we have not sent the product
No refund after your product has been sent by Practice Wingman
Please understand that a substantial amount of work goes into the creation of each "done-for-you" product and therefore our polices reflect that.
what is your return policy on special order custom products?
Special Order products require additional attention and care. As such we require that when our customers order a fully custom product that they stay in communication with the team per our SOW so that we can complete the work. We understand that circumstances may change so we offer the following return policy:
100% refund if you have not submitted your customization form
50% refund if you have submitted the customization form, but we have not sent your proof/mockup (usually 3-5 business days)
No refund after your 1st proof/mockup has been sent by Practice Wingman

Can I exchange my finished product (planner/notebook/stickers)?
Due to the nature of instant download items, Practice Wingman does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for finished products
